Coaching provides dedicated time to have a facilitate conversation which identifies opportunites and barriers to enable you to identify methods and ways to enable your professional development.  Through supportive questioning and active listening by your mentor, you are faciliated to find the solutions that are right for you and your situation.  This approach is different to supervision or mentoring as the coach will look to enable you to find the answers.

Before commencing a coaching relationship, we will send you a brief pre-coaching questionnaire and arrange a free introductory no-obligation meeting between coach and coachee.  This is to ensure that coaching is the right approach for your needs and that both parties feel a positive supportive relationship is possible.
