Simulation offers opportunity to create realistic clinical situations, and provide a safe place for individuals to practice, reflect and learn from these experiences.  It enables a space where it is safe to make mistakes and offers a supportive environment to grow and learn from this.  We have experience in creating simulations realting to a broad range of clinical situations from complex patient management to situations to support communication and resilence development.  As well as traditional case based type simualtions, we can also develop innervative learning environments using gamification theory to create immersive and enjoyable learning environments (i.e. leadership and teamwork escape room). 

We can setup the training, providing you with a full faciliator delivery guide which enables you to deliver within your organisation, or can lead the delivery for you.  ​We will only support training, where we are confident that our skills and knowledge will provide you are your team with a high quality learning experience, so please get in touch to see if we can support.
