Supervision looks to provide you or your staff with the opportunity for dedicated time to discuss clinical problems or issues that are presented within your clinical practice.  It is a time to undertake facilitated reflective practice to support you in providing high quality safe care, and opportunity to continually consider your professional development.   We utilise our vast clinical experience to create a supportive relationship that will help you to grow as a professional.

This service is available for both individuals and bespoke arrangements for supervision of a team of therapists from an organisation can also be arranged.

Before initating a supervision relationship, we will arrange a free introductory no-obligation meeting with proposed supervisor.  This is to ensure that this supervisor is right for your needs and that both parties feel a positive supportive relatioship is possible.
